What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The second is the price of the items required to upgrade. The items used are typically either Power Dices (dropped by monsters 21and up) or Minerals and Erons (obtainable by completing specific Mists of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor quests). These materials can be found in the inventory of an Upgrade Vendor.

It takes time to upgrade an item. Depending on the size of the upgrade, it could take as long as 8 hours. The base stats of the upgraded item are calculated based on its new ilvl and other properties. This calculation determines the latest Armor Class bonus, damage dice, as well as other important stats.
