The cake stand at the Westin Osaka is elegant, and the tea utensils are from Meissen and Baccarat, so I always find myself admiring them✨

First, a welcome drink.

The iced royal milk tea served in a Baccarat glass has many fans.

The cake stand is lined with beautiful tea foods that have been carefully calculated to bring out the flavor and color of melon.

The cake stand alone looks great, but there are also special dishes!

This time, the salad is centered around prosciutto and melon. The melon flesh is cut into wedges, topped with Spanish prosciutto, vegetables, and two types of sauce, carrot and avocado. The rice paper, which is great for topping salads and adding texture, is inspired by the mesh pattern of muskmelon. It's full of melon in every detail.

On top of the cake stand is a cute, round-shaped mini parfait of melon and almond tofu. Red-fleshed melon pulp is also served, and when combined with the glass, it's a conquest of both melons, green and green ????

The pieces on the spoon are like candies that pop in your mouth. They add a refreshing kick to the deliciousness.
